This two-day forum is offered at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology located on the Georgia Institute of Technology campus, in Atlanta, GA, USA. The forum starts at 9 am on Tuesday, February 18, 2003 and ends at 5:20 pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2003. Standard price for the forum is $975 per delegate (excluding lodging, dinners and airfare). PIMA members, TAPPI members, Forestweb subscribers, and Employees of companies sponsoring CPBIS, are eligible for a 10% discount off the standard price. The fee includes lunches, refreshments, cocktail reception, and copies of documentation, as available.
Refunds can be made for cancellations received in writing before January 20, 2003, subject to a US$120 administration charge. Refunds cannot be made after this date, but substitute delegates are permitted if notified in advance.
