Payment
Full payment must be received by the start of the program. Enrollment is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy
If you withdraw at least two weeks prior to the start of the program, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If you withdraw less than two weeks prior to the start of the program, you are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you can recruit another person to substitute for
you, you may do so until the first day of the first session, with no cancellation penalty. Once the program begins, no refunds and no substitutions are permitted.

In the event that a class offering of this program is rescheduled, registrants may transfer their registration to another employee at no additional cost, or request a full refund of the registration fees. For a registrant who re-registers for the course within twelve months, CPBIS will also absorb any airline rescheduling fee if CPBIS receives receipts for the airline re-scheduling fee. If the attendee cannot re-register within the next twelve months period, CPBIS will, with proper receipts, refund the course registration fee and the registrant's cost for non-refundable airline tickets.
